This was an amazing experience! Not only did we cross the Mekong by public ferry, but we journeyed out into the country to visit with a family who hand-makes silk scarves and other clothing to sell in the markets. It was very educational getting to spend time with them to see how they live on a daily basis. And of course, the cruise down the Mekong was inspiring. So much construction! I'd love to come back in 5 years and do it again just to see how much has changed!
My guide was very knowledgeable about the area and answered every question I threw at him (which was a lot).

Our guides name was Vuthy. He was on-time, friendly and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about Cambodia through chatting with him and it was a nice way to start our vacation.
It was also nice that he could meet us at our hotel and was willing to drop us wherever we wanted at the end.
